Fixed Asset Management software :

Physical inventory by bar code scanning
The inventory solution GIMI combines the flexibility and conviviality of a PDA running Windows CE as well as the reliability of a bar code reader.
The inventory takes place as a:

    • Transfer of data from the GIMI platform to the PDA
    • Initial inventory or stock-taking
    • Transfer and integration of data from the PDA to GIMI
    
    In case of RFID chips, the solution is the same, but investment is initially needed for RFID equipment.

Automated discovery of inventory differences
The software compares the theoretical goods with the inventoried list of goods in the park and offers a list of differences (transfers, assignment, state, disappeared) in the form of a table showing all changes. Assignment changes are normally updated automatically.

Harmonize physical assets and company accounting
Compare inventoried goods with fixed assets in order to find the differences (physical differences and accounting differences) as well as knowing the value of inventoried goods synchronized with fixed asset documents (Purchase date, costs, guarantees...)
