GIMI IT Asset Management software allows to :

  • Manage different types of equipment (computers, monitors, printers, network hardware, non-IT equipment) as well as different hardware and software components (processors, memory, hard drives, operating systems, all software).
  • Manage the physical location and organizational assignment of goods. To whom are goods assigned and where are they located?
  • Manage users and services. Who is using the equipment?
  • Financial management: cost management based on acquisition type (purchases, rentals, leasing, loans or borrowed equipment). Contract and guarantee management with starting and ending dates and expiration warnings as well as the calculation of costs, fixed assets, depreciation, residual values and calculation of the total cost of ownership.
  • Manage the history of all equipment movements from equipment reception to the date when it is no longer part of the company’s assets. This includes reception, stocking, activation, any interventions (repairs, software changes), transfer to other users, deactivation and eventual recycling or elimination of equipment.
  • Management of software and license conformity.
  • Management and follow-up of help tickets. Each intervention generates automatically an intervention card. All data retrieved can be viewed graphically. Possibility to plan help desk requests.
  • Proactive personalized alerts: when GIMI opens, a screen presents a certain number of alerts concerning expirations (licenses, expiration dates, orders not received, modifications to hardware and software issuing from the scan).
  • Active desktops and dashboards with an export function (to .txt)
