Three types of partnerships are proposed:
Business partner or occasional reseller:
– Occasionally a client or a potential client asks for IT Asset Management, Network Asset Administration or Help Desk software and you prefer not to deal with this type of software yourself.
– You transfer your client’s contact information to us, we follow the project from A to Z.
– You receive a commission in % of the sale price on every finalized sale.
Reseller :
– Your business regularly includes requests for software to manage fixed assets (IT and non-IT) and you would like to offer to your clients a global solution (software, services) based on the GIMI software package. – You wish to control the commercial but not necessarily the technical aspects of the product. – You sell the software, you can decide whether or not to subcontract support – You don’t do level 1 support. – You have the commercial support of PCI. – You benefit from a rebate on the software and a commission on the services sold – You sell our product to your clients, we bill you the discounted reseller price Obligations

– You put in place a permanent marketing strategy
– You establish a technical structure
– You do level 1 support.

– You benefit from a reduction on the software package and you offer support services – this reduction percentage increases with sales)

– 2 days of technical training
– ½ day of commercial training
